The training process

A senior, Business Analyst, will work with the Senior Managers of the Company to review the Company’s strategic plans and directions. From this review the future skills gap can be determined and training plans developed for the critical roles.

The Analyst will provide continuous support as required by the students to complete the distance learning modules.

Once complete the Analyst will arrange an in workplace course to integrate the learning with live Company data.

Completion of any 5 modules will allow the student to receive an ASET level 3 Certificate in Enterprise Skills.

All modules can be used as evidence of learning for other studies e.g NVQ in Business Studies.
